Farnsworth Art Museum - The Farnsworth is one of the finest regional art museums in the country with a specialized collection focusing on Maine's role in American art. See the beautiful sculptures, water colors of the coast, and ink drawings.

Maine Maritime Museum - Celebrates Maine's maritime heritage and culture in order to educate the community and a worldwide audience about the important role of Maine in regional and global maritime activities.

Coastal Children's Museum - Dedicated to providing children aged 2 to 9 and their families the opportunity to explore, discover and learn, through play about the natural world, the arts and sciences and the diversity of Maine's Coast.

Downeast Airlines - Sit back and let the pilot be your guide or you may plan your own customized flight. Rise above the limits of a car or boat and soak in the sights of the Maine coast. Watch for whales! Explore even the most remote and inaccessible lighthouses from a birds eye view.

Bay Chamber Concerts - Bringing fine music to Maine since 1961 and is committed to making quality music and music education experiences available for everyone in the mid-coast community.

Belfast Maskers - In a typical year, the Maskers stage seven productions. Under the direction of Basil Burwell, the Maskers produced their first play in 1987.

Northport Music Theatre - This music theater is home to professionals with more than 30 years of performing and directing experience in mid-coast Maine. They've combined their talents to produce and direct up-to-date, innovative, provocative, and issue-oriented works of musical theater.

School House Museum - Located on the second floor of the 1892 building known as the Beach School. Class for all eight grades was held in this room until 1947. Come visit this historical site to see how education functioned in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

Boothbay Railway Village - Operates a narrow gauge coal fired steam train in a re-created historic village composed of locally significant historic structures. Additionally the museum exhibits one of the finest presentations of antique vehicles in New England.

Peary-MacMillan Arctic Museum - The museum's collections include arctic exploration gear, natural history specimens, and artifacts and drawings made by Inuit and Indians of North America.

Maine Lighthouse Museum - Located in Rockland, the heart of the Midcoast. From sparkling lenses to heartwarming stories of the keepers and their families, the Maine Lighthouse Museum is truly America's lighthouse museum.

State of Maine Cheese Company - The Maine Made Products Center located right on US Route #1 in Rockport is a showcase for quality Maine Made Products from foods to crafts. The facility offers tours of the cheesemaking area and Maine Gold makes real maple syrup on site also.

Schooner Appledore - A traditional 86-foot wooden Windjammer. In the summer, enjoy a sightseeing daysail on Penobscot Bay, where you can observe first-hand the wildlife, islands, lighthouses, lobster boats, and beautiful coast of Downeast Maine.

Merryspring Nature Center - A privately-owned 66-acre park and education center in Camden and Rockport, with nature trails and gardens open to the public every day free of charge.

Maine State Aquarium - The aquarium features extraordinary lobsters of all sizes and colors. Colorful marine life, including red sea anemones and purple sunstars, can be seen in the 'Downeast' tank. Visitors will be entertained by the behaviors of live northern shrimp and the appearance of bottom-dwelling fish. Also, experience the thrill of petting a live shark!
