Arab World Fest - Arabian Festivals, Inc. is an organization dedicated to fostering a better understanding and appreciation of Arab people and their rich cultural heritage. Arab World Fest is one of the largest Arab American cultural celebrations in the United States. Every year, visitors are able to sample delectable Arabian cuisine, enjoy music and dance performances and purchase authentic crafts.

Bay View Bash - It's not every day a big chunk of Kinnickinnic Avenue is closed to car traffic. Come out and meet your neighbors at this new fall tradition. It features three stages of live music, a children's area, a car show and tons of food, commodity and art vendors.

Festa Italiana - Festa Italiana is the country’s largest Italian-American festival. A celebration of Italian food, arts, culture and religion. Like the name suggests, Festa is a party and everyone is welcome! Whether you’re young or old, come and play. Festa offers something for everyone.

Greek Fest - Gyros, chicken dinners and baklava are the featured attractions at this festival, which operated for 40 years in the shadow of Annunciation, Frank Lloyd Wright's iconic architectural marvel on the Northwest Side. Come join us for live Greek music, dancing, and family centered events.

Highland Games and Celtic Fling - Kilts, cabers, and collies- oh my, it's time for the Milwaukee area's Highland Games! This festival is the only one in Wisconsin to feature Professional Heavy Athletes for hammer throw, stone put, sheaf toss and the traditional caber toss. Hit up the Culture Stage to don your tartan, dance to your heart's content and fill up on haggis.

Indian Summer Festival - America's largest Native American festival. The mid-September two-day event offers visitors a peek into Native American culture with handcrafts, tribal dances, music, authentic villages and lacrosse.

Irish Fest - Dubbed by the Smithsonian Institution as "the largest and best Irish cultural event in North America," the Irish Fest in Milwaukee celebrates Irish heritage with a four-day event. The festival has been around since 1981, and over the years, has picked up a great amount of steam. The festival includes Irish food, dance, education and even its own 40-piece choir put together specifically for the event.


Milwaukee Rally - The signature sound of rumbling Harley-Davidson V-twin engines signifies the start of the annual Milwaukee Rally, which features events at venues across the city. Rally attendees will enjoy four giant vendor villages, a look at the brand new Harleys direct from the factory, the Miss & Mr. Milwaukee Rally contest, stunt riding and more.

Oktoberfest - Running for four weekends after Labor Day, Oktoberfest authentic live music and dance groups, letting you kick up your heels or watch from the sidelines. Lots of fine oompah music from around the country, German dancing, food and drink.

Paramount Blues Festival - From 1929 to 1932 Grafton was the site of a Paramount recording studio that recorded blues musicians sent up from Chicago. Now, the Blues festival keeps that spirit alive with a two-day festival with blues concerts, great food, and other activities to keep your toe tappin'.

Summerfest - As one of the largest music festivals in the world, Milwaukee's Summerfest is an eleven-day mega festival filled with food, music and shopping. The event got its start in the 1970s and since then has hosted some of the biggest names in the music industry. Each year an estimated 1 million people attend Summerfest in Milwaukee.

The Milwaukee River Challenge - Over 600 participants compete annually, displaying their rowing skills on this single leg 3 mile regatta on the Menomonee and Milwaukee Rivers in downtown Milwaukee.

Verge Music Festival - Milwaukee's newest two day alternative and modern rock festival on Milwaukee's lakefront. Producers at Verge have brought together some of the greatest rock acts of the past decade, as well as popular indie rock acts just emerging on the national music scene, as well as a number of spectacular local talents to round out the Verge music experience.
