Amelia Island Museum of History - The first spoken history museum in the state. Hear the stories with a variety of tours that cater to many interests and age levels. Walking Tours and Docent-Led Museum Tours are scheduled regularly.

St Marys Aquatic Center - A zero depth entry water playground with sprinklers, water cannons, slides, and a million other ways to get wet! A huge bucket dumps 300 gallons of water on those below every 5 minutes.

Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary - One of the largest near shore live-bottom reefs of the southeastern United States. Gray's Reef is a popular recreational fishing and sport diving destinations along the Georgia coast.

King-Tisdell Cottage - An African-American heritage museum named for its African-American owners, Eugene and Sarah King, and Sarah King and Robert Tisdell. The museum presents the African-American historical and cultural experience to the public through the use of such methods as history and art exhibits, films, lectures, oral history, and publications.

Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum - Preserves for all Americans the stories of courage, character and patriotism displayed by the men and women of the Eighth Air Force from World War II to the present.

Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum - Exhibits include ship models, paintings and maritime antiques, principally from the great era of Atlantic trade and travel between England and America during the 18th and 19th centuries. Housed in the elegant home built for William Scarbrough.

St. Mary's Submarine Museum - Located in historic downtown St Mary's, the museum is a great place to learn about the "Silent Service". A wide variety of Submarine artifacts, memorabilia and information are available for viewing, and you can checkout the beautiful St Mary's waterfront through a real periscope.

Savannah History Museum - Savannah's only Museum dedicated to the history of the whole coastal community and is located in the passenger station of the Central Railroad. It houses a 20,000 square foot exhibit area with a variety of exhibits which reflect Savannah's history from her founding in 1733 to the present.

Davenport House Museum - This fine Federal-style home was completed by master-builder Isaiah Davenport as his family residence in 1820. Authentically restored, the house museum features original plasterwork, a cantilever staircase and furnishings true to the 1820s

The Georgia Sea Turtle Center - A marine turtle rehabilitation, research, and education facility on Jekyll Island.

SCAD Museum of Art - With approximately 4,500 objects, the SCAD Museum of Art collections represent one of the strongest assemblages of art in the Southeast. The museum is open to the public free of charge six days each week.
