April 5 - Community Partner Day, Salt Lake City - Thanks to various community partners, the Clark Planetarium is able to sponsor a free, hands-on community partner day. April 11 - 10-Year Anniversary Gala with Phil Plait, Salt Lake City - Phil Plait, the "bad astronomer" will address participants at the 10-Year anniversary gala at the Clark Planetarium. April 12 - Lecture: 10-Years of Space Exploration, West Jordan - The Clark Planetarium presents 10 Years of Space Exploration. May 3-5 - USA Cycling Collegiate Road National Championships, Ogden - Come enjoy this unique opportunity to watch as close to 500 cyclists from over 100 different schools compete for the USA Cycling Collegiate Championship. May 21 - June 1 - Pony Express Days, Eagle Mountain - Pony Express Days are coming to Eagle Mountain. During the events, there will be a number of fun things to do including: a PRCA rodeo, a demolition derby, and a number of fun carnival rides and games. May 25-26 - Moab Arts Festival, Moab - Visitors find handcrafted jewelry, sculptures, and live entertainment near Arches National Park. August 5-11 - The Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah, Salt Lake City - A six-day, seven-stage, 300-mile plus professional bicycle road race.
