It originally started out as a time of year where all the local farmers and residents would get together in mid-June after the seasons first hay cutting. 775-782-8144 (7770) June 11 - 13 - Carson City Rendezvous, Carson City - Carson City Rendezvous is a living history weekend that features a mountain man encampment, Native American dancing and crafts, Civil War volunteers with skirmishes, stage coach rides, camel rides, Pueblo de Nevada dancing, a salute to the Pony Express, and a Scottish clan camp. The grounds also house a Nevada Gunfighters show, arts and crafts booths and a food court. Free western music will be hosted on the star stage all weekend.
